Items are shipped from our Los Angeles HQ within 1-8 business days from when you order (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). For pre-orders or made-to-order items, your delivery window may vary.

Occasionally, high demand may lead to longer-than-usual processing times, so we thank you in advance for your patience during these extra busy periods. 

We work closely with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL and can generate shipping labels using your company’s account, or using our own & adding the price onto your final invoice. We can add a signature requirements for your packages upon delivery and recommend that you do so if you're arranging own delivery.

LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup at our Downtown Los Angeles warehouse is an option at checkout.

Processing time is 1-5 business days (M to F, excluding holidays). When your order is ready to be picked up, we'll email you with instructions. Order pickup hours are between 10:30 am and 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once the package has left our facility in Los Angeles, CA (USA) - we are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods. Please verify the shipping address you input matches your correct location. Check with your neighbors to make sure that they did not receive it by mistake. Many times, packages are marked delivered before they actually are – give it a few days for it to arrive. If you still have not received it, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping company. We do not file claims on behalf of customers for missing packages.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we are unable to re-ship it without an additional shipment payment.

RETAIL

Standard and expedited packages will be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 to the domestic United States.

Standard shipping (3-7 business days) – $15 flat rate
Expedited shipping (1-3 business days) – $30 flat rate

Customers who purchase an expedited shipping option before 10:00 am pst on a business day, will have their order shipped that same day. Expedited orders placed after 10:00 am pst will be shipped the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Standard shipping – $45 flat rate (excluding taxes and duties)

Depending on the destination country and courier, international orders can take between 4 to 21 business days to deliver. Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping for international orders.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders typically ship within 1-5 business days, pending inventory availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days, please contact info@labdip.la.

Please note:

  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • To ensure the health and safety of our staff and supply chain, please anticipate longer fulfillment times. If you placed an order and received an order confirmation email, your order is currently in process and you will get a shipping confirmation as soon as it ships.
  • Some courier services occasionally experiencing unexpected delays in transit, or delays in providing tracking details. We are not responsible for courier shipping delays.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items will ship once stock becomes available. The estimated delivery date will be listed in the product description of the item. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Pre-order shipping dates are subject to delays.
  • Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

OPENED/DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is damaged or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the item(s) inside. Please submit a claim with the courier used to ship your order and you must contact us at info@labdip.la within 24 hours of receiving package.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we are unable to re-ship it without an additional shipment payment from the customer. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return and you will be issued store credit (excluding shipping costs).
