WHOLESALE
All blanks and custom orders are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
In the event that an item received is defective or incorrect, you must notify us via email at wholesale@labdip.la within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please send us a picture that clearly shows the defect along with your order number. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undecorated, and in original condition. We will determine if you are eligible for an exchange or refund and respond to the email within 3 business days. If your return or exchange is approved, item must be shipped back within 7 days. We will not accept a return that was not approved by our team.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange or refund was approved or declined. If approved, we will ship your replacement or you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipment. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped without signature confirmation.

RETAIL
labdip aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit.
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
• Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
• Returns must be shipped back with original packing slip.
We do not accept exchanges or returns for international orders.
Restocking fee is $5 each item.
If a return is shipped to us after 7 days of delivery, it will be declined. The package will be sent back to the original shipping address with a $20 shipping fee.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
To submit a return request, click here and enter the email address that was used to complete your order. Once logged in to your account, you will be able to view your order and request a return. Please allow 3 business days for a response.
Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned item(s) (please allow up to 7 business days for processing). Store credit will be issued to the email address that was used to complete your order. You can apply your store credit to orders placed on labdip.la until the remaining balance is zero. Your credit will be available to use once your return is delivered and processed. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued.
Please note - store credit will be given for the retail price of item(s) purchased minus restocking fee(s). Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

SEASONAL SALE
Items purchased during sale periods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
FINAL SALE
Items marked final sale on their product page cannot be returned or exchanged.
DEFECTIVE ITEM
We will not refund an item unless it is defective. If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We ask that you send us an email with a picture that clearly shows the defect along with the original packing slip. We will then determine if the customer is eligible for an exchange or refund and respond to the email within 3 business days. Once our team has approved the defective item, it must be shipped back within 7 days. We will not accept a return that was not approved by our team. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. If accepted, we will process the exchange or refund.
If the customer wishes to exchange or replace the defective item, store credit will be issued and can be used to purchase the desired item. When you decide to place a new order, the costs of shipping will not be included and will have to be paid again.
If a refund is requested, you will be refunded the full amount of the item returned minus the cost of shipping on your original order. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take 5-10 days to post the refund to your original form of payment.
In the case that a return was declined, the item will be sent back to the customer with a $20 shipping fee.
FREQUENT RETURNS
Frequent returns made from the same account will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may take action in the form of refusing a return, blocking an account and/or canceling future orders. labdip reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect the policy will be sent back to the original shipping address with a $20 shipping fee and without any refund being processed.
