There are no order minimums for stock available styles.

To get started, please apply for a wholesale account to get access to samples, pricing and minimums, and to be able to shop blank apparel online. If there is missing or inaccurate information, your application will NOT be approved.
After you submit the form, allow up to 5 business days for us to review your application. If your account is approved, we'll email you and you'll be able to see and shop with wholesale pricing after you log in.
If you do not receive an approval email or an email requesting further information within 5 days, please first double check spam/junk folders. If no communication was received, contact wholesale@labdip.la for an update on your application status.
If you log in before we complete your account approval process, you won't see wholesale prices, even if you've logged in to the site.

Our website will allow you to login even if you don't have an approved wholesale account. If your account is not set up on the backend by our admin, you will not be able to view pricing or place orders.

- Pantone reference (if custom dye)

From there, we'll follow up with a quote for your review.

Yes, we can custom dye any of our wholesale products to match Pantone shades.
To do a production sample, there’s an $85 fee and it adds about a week, or we can have the dye house “eyeball” the color and they usually hit it within a 15% variance.
There are minimums and price increases for custom dye. Please refer to THE LAB [CUSTOM DYE PROGRAM].
Custom dye products are final sale.

Yes! If provided to us, we are able to add custom labels for an additional fee. We do not source or produce labels at labdip. However, we can put you in contact with a local label company. Please have the labels prepared and coordinated with one of our team members for placement and costing.

Files can be Raster (JPG, PSD, TIFF, BMP) or Vector (AI, EPS, SVG, Vector-compatible PDF). Vector file is preferred and for certain applications, it is required for clarity. If file is Raster and needs to be converted to Vector, we can do so with an additional fee.
Art must be saved at actual desired print size.
We're happy to go over details on applications to achieve your goal.

BLANKS ORDERS

For in-stock, ready to ship blank goods ordered via our wholesale portal, average ship time is 4 business days plus transit to your location. Please note these are estimations and orders may be completed before or after the provided completion window.
Email wholesale@labdip.la for a closer estimate based on your specific needs or for lead times on blank orders of 300+ units.

Blanks are priced at a flat rate per unit for orders to 300 units per style.
To inquire about additional price breaks for orders over 300 units, please email wholesale@labdip.la with your order details.

Our stock levels fluctuate frequently and we restock our products often.
If a product is out of stock, it will most likely be restocked within 3-5 weeks.
When logged in to your account, you can sign up for restock notifications to be notified as soon as a product is back in stock.
Backorders can be placed on a case by case basis. Please contact wholesale@labdip.la to inquire about a backorder, or with additional questions pertaining to stock levels and restock timelines.

Going forward, wholesale blanks will be stocked only in PFD (prepared for dye). While we will not stock any other colors for wholesale, we can custom dye to any Pantone for an additional cost per unit.

100% Made in Los Angeles, USA.

All of our cotton fabrics are produced in Los Angeles using 100% US-grown cotton. All knitting, cutting, sewing, dyeing and customizing is done in Los Angeles within a 5 mile radius. Partnering with local craftspeople allows us to support our community, while reducing the impact of our supply chain's carbon footprint. We work with Los Angeles County factories that pay above the minimum wage per hour ($17.27/hour as of July 2024) and treat their workers fairly. California currently has the highest EPA standards in the USA and all of our factories adhere to these standards.

At this time, we work with dye houses who adhere to California’s Environmental Protection Agency standards in regards to water and energy use as well as waste which are the strictest in the country.

Stock sizes vary between products from S to 2XL, as detailed in our wholesale catalog (available to view under 'WHOLESALE' in the header when logged in with an approved wholesale account). Measurements for each garment are included on the product pages to best illustrate the dimensions and fit of our sizing.

In the event that items received are defective/incorrect, please email wholesale@labdip.la to be eligible for an exchange/refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange/refund was approved or not. We ship worldwide using FedEx or UPS and receive competitive prices.
For blanks ordered through the website, shipping will be calculated at checkout, based on your shipping address and physical size of your package(s).
For customized orders, an estimate is made at time of invoicing and will be edited to reflect the final shipping cost once your order is ready to be shipped.
You are also welcome to make a local pickup, or arrange a pickup with a carrier of your choice.

Sure! You may pick up your order at our Downtown Los Angeles warehouse. On the checkout page, select the 'Local Pickup' option. You'll still need to enter a "shipping address" even if you're picking it up.
When your order is ready to be picked up, we'll email you with instructions. Order pickup hours are between 10:30am and 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

If we're able to make the change, we'll refund the additional shipping costs that were charged.

Please verify the shipping address you input matches your correct location. Check with your neighbors to make sure that they did not receive it by mistake. Many times, packages are marked delivered before they actually are – give it a few days for it to arrive.
If you still have not received it, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping company. We do not file claims on behalf of customers for missing packages.
